From the Stock Market….at least….But here in Hinsdale and Oak Brook there are so many Lenders looking for business..they all claim to have great deals and I think that tells a story of some sorts. New Construction in the upper bracket actually is selling in the Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, and Oak Brook market and so is Burr Ridge…If the inventory was less..it would look like a booming market….Investors are out there looking for the short sales and foreclosures..a whole new look at the Real Estate Market…just call Jackie for help if you need some understanding..

What are we doing?  I agree that if you have cash…it is a good time to buy and sit on it…Warren Buffet style…..BUT you need to be patient and give it time….It is easy to see what has happened…….The World in general put Greed in the fast lane…everywhere…in so many different catagories……….now ….the growing pains of practicality and conservative thinking and actions…..oh boy, this will be something to watch and to do.Say a lot of prayers and behave…….yikes

Might as well coin my own phrase..and thank God for good Plumbers..I am surprised that none of the Politicians have ventured into the Independent contractors and their taxes, expenses, health insurance and so forth…If only our clientele was aware…There are a lot of us out there…so be KIND..appreciative..and those of us who are dedicated professionals will be very grateful..

This will be an interesting week ….we hopefully will see progress in the International and National financial markets.  The world recognizes that every country has to pull together and fortunately that is taking place. Listening to people and their own take on the situation is fascinating and so much of it is the same…”We need to Pay better attention to our own practices when it come to money and finance”  DAH !!!  The main thing is: We are blessed with living in this Fabulous Country and we are all interested in keeping it the World’s Greatest with it’s opportunities and freedom.

Seems they are interconnected and now the reality sets in..no longer to be ignored….What an amazing time in history…let’s see how it is handled..I hope the parties running the show have the expertise and foresight to know what to do next…This is quite a RIDE….and still..I see buyers and sellers out there trying their best..at least in Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Clarendon Hills, Burr Ridge, Western Springs, Oakbrook Terrace………..and surrounding communitites…………Patience, and of course….$$$$$$$$ Money

FDR gave an incredible speach during the Second World War and those famous words….”there is nothing to fear except fear itself”  WELL….here we go and panic works the same way….caution would be acceptable at this time and a deep breath..how about selecting three separate “MASTER MIND” groups , giving each a week to comprise their ideas, and then all three meeting and comparing notes to see what agreements and solutions look the same..the bell might go off…….These parties should not be Congress but the great Professors from our best business schools and the economists from the finest companies who are not in trouble. A selection of five to six people in each group to start with…and at the final analysis..one party representing his/her group will sit down with the others and compare notes and derive those decisions that blend with each other…”GOOD THOUGHT?”

 LOOK FOR THE SILVER LINING…..OF COURSE, PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE AND WE NEED A LOT OF BOTH……….BUYERS AND SELLERS…… ONLY IN AMERICA !!!!!  IT IS SO IMPORTANT TO BELIEVE  ..WHAT IS GOING ON NOW IS AFFECTING THE ENTIRE WORLD AND IT’S ECONOMY…THE ADJUSTMENTS BEING MADE AT THIS TIME ARE INDEED NECESSARY AND HOPEFULLY NOT TOO MANY PEOPLE WILL BE HURT BY THE DOWN SWING. ..IT IS UP TO US ALL TO HELP ONE ANOTHER AND RAISE THE FLAG HIGH …GOD BLESS AMERICA

This is quite a Ride….all opinions are well received…Prayerfully it won’t be all guess work……..If the Regulators do their job and breath deep…..and if the people of all nations work together to bolster the economy…and IF  is a huge word…We shall, however, overcome the problems that we all face today…it’s almost like another war…breath taking……………Pray, be kind, think, and Hope..keep the Faith. the beautiful areas of Hinsdale, Oak Brook, Clarendon HIlls, WEstern Springs, and Burr Ridge remain active and charming…come take a look…………..Jackie D.
