Come on guys..spread the negative????????????????? oh please..the power of suggestion and the bad news feeds off insecurity………….it’s like spreading a disease ……………..sort of like ‘Brain Washing’…..If I didn’t know better I would think that a world organization is attempting to weaken the economy even moreso.

Not impossible…………I really believe that we need more smarts …Let’s pull together and fight this fever…I really believe that a few good heads can re-evaluate what is thrown at people everyday through every type of media…………PLEASE…HELP….WHAT ABOUT A NEW SECTION OF THE NEWS…..let’s call it “how would you like this???..Think better…be optimistic…………..”

that’s the world..the economy..the markets..the employment/unemployment, the dollar..faith…happiness..the weather…LOT’S OF DIRECTIONS..and then there is health…If we can enjoy good health..most things can be figured out and/or dealt with..This too shall pass and when things look up..we will have great JOY…It will come to pass…Believe…work..conserve..be kind..look at the bright side and smell the flowers..the satisfaction is being able to weather the storm..and find the rainbow…

That is a question that I would like to address with the various people emplyed by our lending institutions who cover Short Sales ..Amazing..I would love to know how the program is set up in the banks…seems impossible to reach the same person with knowledge of a particular property..must be deliberate…how else do the banks get away with it…I feel sorry for those employees who have to deal with hundreds of requests…AND….no way to be definite with an answer…pretty complicated and to say the least confusing…WHO IS RUNNING THIS SHOW ???? please let me know..It reallly needs repair..oh WOW………….

What happened to Alyaska…(ALaskan Pipe Line)….It would be nice if Politics would stay out of the way and our resources that are available could be offered to the population of the United States………….Shale has a ton to offer and is extremely costly and several years down the round…In my opinion, an honest committee should be looking into where the pipe line’s capability is stabilized at this time. Someeone at Bechtel or Fluor must know the answer…In the ’70’s I was able to bring companies into my husband’s Hot Dip Galvanizing plant to coat anchor bolts and steel for the pipe line………not long after that, the White Owl landed in the wrong spot for the pipe line………….and that was that…Would love to know what the situation is today…….let me know if you do know……….Jackie Dougherty

The Fed Checks Out
Both March and April of this year saw the ending of two important stimulus programs that were designed to benefit the housing market. In March, the Federal Reserve ended its program for purchasing Mortgage Backed Securities, which helped keep home loan rates low. April brought the end to the tax credit for home buyers. The tax credit was up to $8,000 for qualifying first time buyers and up to $6,500 for qualifying repeat purchasers.

Just because these programs have ended doesn’t mean that home buyers can’t seek credits from the seller to accomplish something similar. Successful investors will tell you that money is made when you buy something right with favorable terms, not just when it is sold.
